KYALAMI GREEN.
A full carbon package for the Audi RS3 in Kyalami Green. A bespoke build instead of parts off the shelf.
There is an RS3 on every corner.
This one was meant to stand alone.
The RS3 is a popular car, so tuning parts are easy to find. The owner arrived with a very clear brief: the car has to stand out and must not repeat anything available off the shelf.
Instead of combining ready-made parts, we prepared a bespoke carbon package fitted to this one car.
3D scan.
Then the moulds.
We began with a precise 3D scan of the body. Digital models were built from it, and the production moulds came from those models.
Only with the moulds ready could we make components that sit against the RS3 body with no gaps and no adjustment on the car.
Six parts.
One line.
The package runs from the bonnet, through the front and the skirts, to the roof spoiler and the diffuser. Every part works towards the same silhouette.

Prepreg.
Light and repeatable.
Carbon fibre impregnated with epoxy resin is cured under high temperature and pressure. The result is a surface that needs no correction, and a part lighter than the factory one.
The vented bonnet also improves engine cooling, while the splitter and canards order the airflow over the front axle.
One package.
One RS3 like it.
From the body scan, through the moulds and production, to the final fitting. The Kyalami Green stayed; the rest of the silhouette is ours.
