An accurate capture of the car geometry and digital design of the part for that exact body.
Moulds and preparation
Precise tooling and a fibre layout prepared so the final product stays repeatable.
Prepreg technology
Pre-impregnated fibre with a controlled resin content, for high strength and low weight.
Finish and UV protection
Final surface control and a clear coat that helps keep the depth and durability of the carbon.
Fitting and final fit
The part goes onto the car, where it is not only the look that counts, but the fit, the line and the whole project.
