From the digital model and the mould, through Prepreg carbon fibre, to the final finish. Every stage serves precision, durability and surface quality.
Reventon uses high quality carbon fibre and Prepreg composite technology to get low weight, high durability, an accurate reproduction of the shape and a controlled fibre layout.
The design and production process is shown as one continuous sequence, where each stage prepares the part for the next.

The mould has to reproduce the designed geometry exactly. This stage decides the surface quality and the fit of the component.
Prepreg fabric already carries the epoxy resin system and hardener. That lets us control the resin content and place the fibres precisely.
Prepreg technology uses a controlled curing process, which is what gives the composite its mechanical properties and stability.
The final finish uses NOVOL Spectral paints. The clear coat protects the surface and gives it the characteristic high gloss.
Prepreg is a reinforcing fabric pre-impregnated with an epoxy resin system that already contains the right hardener. That lets the material be laid into the mould without the extra resin typical of wet lamination.

The technology keeps control over the fabric layout and the geometry of the finished part.

Components are designed for sports and premium cars, for the road as much as the track.
Reventon names the German R&G Faserverbundwerkstoffe as its raw material supplier, and NOVOL Spectral as the system for final protection and surface finish.

The clear finish protects the carbon against UV and brings out the gloss and the fibre structure.
