All raw materials in our production are sourced in Germany from our supplier, R&G Faserverbundwerkstoffe GmbH, ensuring our products are protected by a carbon fiber supplier that exceeds all the highest industry quality standards. In the final finishing stage, the carbon fiber is painted with a clear UV coating to prevent discoloration from sunlight. For this purpose, which is performed and verified by the paint supplier, we use a Novoa finish coat from the basic Spectral series. This finish not only enhances aesthetics but also maximizes the durability of our products through their longevity.Prepreg technology – perfection in the production process
Our production process fully utilizes the highest quality standards, utilizing the Prepreg composite process. Prepreg is a common term for fabric reinforcement that has been pre-impregnated with a resin system during the manufacturing process. The resin system is epoxy and already contains the appropriate hardener. As a result, it can be molded without the addition of resin or the handling required for typical wet-laid, hand-laid processes. This ensures a near-perfect epoxy resin content, maximizing the strength properties of our parts’ reinforcements during production.

Our products are made using Prepreg composite technology. By pre-impregnating the fabric with epoxy resin during the production process, it can be laid in a “dry” form, ensuring ideal durability, shape reproduction, and fiber alignment – something that cannot be achieved with wet lamination technology.

The raw materials used in production come from our trusted supplier – the German company R&G Faserverbundwerkstoffe GmbH, guaranteeing compliance with the most stringent quality standards. During the final production process, finished carbon fiber elements are finished with a clear protective coating that protects them from UV radiation and prevents the resin from discoloring due to sunlight. To ensure the highest level of protection, we use NOVOL varnishes from the latest Spectral series – the resulting gloss effect not only provides stunning aesthetics but also guarantees above-average durability.
